    We built our first family home in 1999 the year we were married, we lovingly went through the process of building with Ventura Home and chose what we consider to be the best estate in Canning vale “Sanctuary Waters Estate”. We moved in one week before our wedding and have loved living there ever since.

    Perfectly located between two stunning parks and just a short walk to the Iconic Sanctuary waters parkland Altham way is a street filled with gorgeous family friendly neighbours and children.

    We have enjoyed so many fun times watching our children grow into teenagers in this warm and beautiful family home with many summer BBQ’s and fun in our backyard swimming pool. We love the area so much we are planning on selling and staying within the estate.
